Fulkumari Bapuji Club is a non-governmental organization. It is a Voluntary Organization, the organization  is located at about 3 K.M away from District Head quarters ,  Dhubri, Assam. The Dhubri district is at the North bank of the river Brahmaputra and located in the border area of ​​West Bengal and Bangladesh. The people of Dhubri district is mainly coming from below poverty line and most of the people are illiterate . In this connection our organization  was established  in the year 1993 with the initiative of some dedicated people for the help of poor , uneducated youth, women and the Children of our District.
